Empowering the lives of people is my passion. I embrace the opportunity to blend my rich psychology, counseling, human behavior, social consciousness and leadership skills into messages that make an impact on the human experience and training that transforms consciousness and cultures.
I’m on a relentless mission to make a difference, do work that is meaningful and empower others to do the same. I’m most passionate about social and racial justice because without either, people cannot fully thrive in life and thriving is everyone’s right.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had something to say. I’m often compelled to speak up for the underdog and about the injustices in the world. I’m a humanitarian, a lover of people and soul who is not afraid to talk about difficult topics or have courageous conversations that matter. Conversations that if not engaged in, things stay the same, nothing changes and lives are not transformed.
I value truth, freedom, authenticity, courage and peace and intentionally infuse my core values into every human engagement, keynote speech, training, workshop and on any platform I am called to be a voice. My style is real, bold, unapologetic, compassionate and playful.
My soul intention is to inspire and empower people to take responsibility for their lives, own their personal power and use it to make meaningful changes in their lives and the world. I’m here to be a voice. I’m here to make a difference. I’m here to challenge the status quo, to defy dogma, to wake people up into a new, awakened, conscious way of being and living.
